SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in eight meets ... Was 10th in the 800 meters at the SCIAC Championships ... Had a PR in the 1500 of 4:01.54 at the Triton Invitational ... Was second in the 600 meters at the OIDFE Challenge to open the season ... Part of the winning 4x800 team at the Rossi Relays.
2024 Cross Country (Junior)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Ran in five races for CMS ... Had a personal-best time at the SCIAC Championships with a 26:27.6, finishing 32nd out of 104 runners ... Was 21st at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 26:50.3 ... Ran a then-PR with a 26:28.1 at the Master's Invitational.
2023-24 Track and Field (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Qualified for the finals in the 800 meters at the SCIAC Championships and finished seventh with a PR of 1:56.13 ... Was second in the 800 at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual with a time of 1:57.97 ... Had a PR in the 1500 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational with a time of 4:03.63 ... Part of the winning distance medley relay at the season-opening OIDFE meet hosted by CMS, while also finishing second in the 1000 meters with a time of 2:40.38.
2023 Cross Country (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Ran in three races for the Stags ... Had a PR of 27:16.4 at the UC Riverside Invitational, but then missed the next month before returning for the SCIAC Championships.
2022-23 Track and Field (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in nine meets for the Stags, primarily in the 800 meters ... Won the 800 at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual hosted by CMS with a time of 1:57.20 ... had his best time at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational with a 1:57.02 ... Finished 12th in the 800 at the SCIAC Championships ... Part of the winning 4x400 relay at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet.
2022 Cross Country (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Ran in two races for the Stags in his debut season, a 6K at the Redlands Invitational and an 8K at the Cougar Challenge, hosted by CSU San Marcos ... Was 12th in the 800 meters for the CMS track and field team in the spring with a 1:58.52 ... Had a PR of 1:57.02 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational.
Prior to CMS
Attended Cathedral Catholic High School in San Diego, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Earned first-team all-league honors three times in cross country ... Was fourth in the CIF Southern District in the 800 meters in track and field season, as well as second in the 4x400 relay ... Helped his cross country team to two league championships and one CIF championship, and his track and field team to three league championships and one CIF championship ... Was a two-time scholar-athlete selection and earned first honor roll honors all eight semesters.
