SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in six meets ... Had a PR in the 1500 of 4:07.61 at the Triton Invitational ... Had his best time in the 5000 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational with a 15:40.51 ... Came in eighth in the 1500 at the second SCIAC Quad Cup ... Was third in the mile at the OIDFE Challenge to open the season. 

2024 Cross Country (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Ran in four races for the Stags ... Had a strong showing at the SCIAC Championships with a 26:26.5, finishing 31st out of 104 runners, his top finish of the season ... Ran a season-best 26:24.4 at the UC Riverside Invitational ... Finished 35th at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational. 

2023-24 Track and Field (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Ran in two meets during track and field season ... Debuted with a 4:10.87 in the 1500 at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual to finish seventh. 

2023 Cross Country (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Ran in five races for the Stags ... Had a PR of 25:25.9 at The Master's Invitational, which moved him into the top 50 in CMS history (47th) ... Came in 30th place at the SCIAC Championships with a 26:19.6. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Loomis Chaffee School in Connecticut, where he was a member of the cross country team ... Finished sixth at the NESCAC Cross Country Championships as a senior ... Came in fourth in the Founders League championships to help Loomis to the title ... League champion in the 3000 meters during track and field season.
