SCIAC All-Academic Team ... CSC Academic All-District ... Missed most of the season, but ran in three meets at the end of hte year ... Debuted at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational on April 12, and then finished 10th in the 5000 at SCIACs in his second race of the year.

2024 Cross Country (Senior)
SCIAC Champion ... SCIAC Athlete of the Year ... USTFCCCA All-West Region ... SCIAC Athlete of the Week (Sept. 3) ... Earned the SCIAC title in a sprint to the finish ahead of Pomona-Pitzer's Cameron Hatler, finishing in 24:20.1 to earn Athlete of the Year honors ... Had a personal-best time at the NCAA West Regionals in 24:12.0 to come in fourth place and earn all-region honors ... Was 67th at the NCAA Division III Championships in Terre Haute, Indiana ... Came in second at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 25:04.2 ... Earned 39th at the Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh in 25:20.4  ... Opened the year by coming in 14th against a mostly DI field at the Mark Covert Classic, earning SCIAC Athlete of the Week honors. 

2023-24 Track and Field (Junior)
USTFCCCA All-West Region (5000 Meters, 10000 Meters) ... SCIAC Track Athlete of the Week (March 25) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... CSC Academic All-District ... Set the CMS record in the 10000 meters with a 29:53.90 at the Bob Larsen Distance Carnival, finishing second and making him the first sub-30 minute 10K runner in program history ... Earned SCIAC Track Athlete of the Week honors after his performance ... Had a 14:13.12 in the 5000 at the Occidental Distance Carnival, the second-best time in CMS history ... Was sixth in the 5000 at the SCIAC Championships ... Came in second in the 3000 at the Rossi Relays in 8:19.48. 

2023 Cross Country (Junior)
USTFCCCA All-West Region ... Second-Team All-SCIAC ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... CSC Academic All-District ... Ran in five races for the Stags, including all three postseason events ... Earned All-West honors with a 25th place finish at the regionals held in Riverside, crossing the line in 25:19.3 ... Was 18th at the SCIAC Championships to earn second-team All-SCIAC honors ... Ran a 26:10.2 at the NCAA Division III Championships, good for 174th ... Came in fourth at the Mark Covert Classic hosted by CSU Fullerton, finishing in 24:32.1.

2022-23 Track and Field (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Finished fourth in the 10000 meters at the SCIAC Championships, finishing in 31:24.9 ... Had a PR in the 5000 at the Occidental Distance Carnival with a 14:39.85 ... Won the 5000 at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual, hosted by CMS, with a 15:23.45 ... Also was second in the 5000 at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual (at Occidental) and third in the first SCIAC Multi-Dual (at Caltech) ...

2022 Cross Country (Sophomore)
USTFCCCA All-West Region ... Second-Team All-SCIAC ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Ran in seven races, including representing CMS in its seven-runner contingent at regionals and nationals ... Finished in sixth place at the NCAA West Regionals to earn all-region honors, crossing the line in 24:41.6 ... Earned 14th at the SCIAC Championships in 25:26.5 to take second-team all-conference honors ... Earned a top 100 finish (75th) at the NCAA Division III Championships, running a 25:57.9 in frigid, snowy conditions in Lansing, Michigan ... Had a PR for an 8K at the UC Riverside Invitational with a 24:25.4, moving into sixth place in program history. 

2021-22 Track and Field (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Primarily competed in the 1500 for the track and field team, running a PR at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual at CMS on April 2 with a 4:03.69, good for 12th ... Finished 20th at the SCIAC Championships ... Came in inth at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual, hosted by La Verne on April 16 ... Was eighth in the 800 at the CMS Outdoor Indoor Distances Challenge Meet on Jan. 29

2021 Cross Country (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in five races for the cross country team in the fall ... Earned a 33rd-place finish out of over 140 runners at the SCIAC Championships with a 26:02.9 ... Had a PR in an 8K of 25:42.6 at the Cougar Challenge, hosted by CSU San Marcos ... Debuted with a third-place finish in the Open Division of the Mark Covert Classic hosted by CSU Fullerton ... Came in 23rd at the UC Riverside Invitational in 25:54.9. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Los Altos High School, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Won his semifinal race in the 3200 and came in sixth in the finals at the CIF Central Coast Section Track and Field Championships as a junior in 2019 ... Came in first place in three regular season meets in the 1600 meters, and in both 1600 meets as a senior before the season was halted due to the pandemic ... Earned the individual SCVAL Cross Country Championship as a senior with a time of 15:47.2 over the 2.95-mile race ... Also had a second-place finish in the Central Coast Section Cross Country Championships in 15:23.1, setting a new PR ... Came in 21st place out of 178 runners at the CIF State Championships.
