CLAREMONT, Calif. - Defending national champion
Advik Mareedu is ranked No. 2 in the nation in singles heading into the 2026 spring season by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, while
Henry Wilson and
Sibi Raja are ranked second in doubles.
Both hold the No. 2 spots in the rankings after reaching the finals of the ITA Cup back in October. Mareedu had his streak of 45 straight Division III wins snapped in the finals, while Raja and Wilson made it all the way to the national championship match after starting out the regionals as an unseeded team.
Brandon Vu and
Caleb Settles are ranked 21st in the nation in doubles, after they had a similar run last year as an unseeded team to winning the West Regionals and earning All-America honors.
Warren Pham holds down the No. 19 national ranking in singles for the Stags heading into the spring, while
Rohan Yarlagadda is in the rankings at No. 44.
Anirudh Gupta is tied with Yarlagadda for ninth in the region in singles, while Mareedu and Pham are tied with Vu and Settles for fifth in the region in doubles.
CMS finished last season as a national semifinalist, and will try to win the program's third national title this spring, while Mareedu will try to win his second straight singles title.
